In the event that your activation link returns an error message or does not allow you to continue registering your password, the link has most likely either
- Gone past its 24 hour security window
- Has already been used.
- If you have successfully logged in before and have forgotten your password, please select "forgot password" under the login tabs and a reset link will be sent to you. Please note that before you can reset your password, you will need to select and answer your previously set security questions.
- If you have forgotten your security questions, please contact support on firstname.lastname@example.org or +27 10 007 2600 to have a master reset token sent to you to restart the login process.
- If you have never logged in before, and the activation link was sent to you sometime ago, it would have expired and therefore step 2 would also apply here.
